We are the CPL, or the Club Penguin Lottery. The way you play is explained on the “how it works” page. Otherwise, this site was started at 6:44 pm (EST) on December 26th, 2007. The first owner was cpgiambinyy25, however the whole team shares a blog penguin. The name is CP Lotto. It is a non-member currently. WE DO NOT HACK FOR COINS. WE EARN THEM. WE WILL NEED YOUR PASS BUT WE WILL DO SO PRIVATELY.
